The Modern Rice Milling System Consists Of:

Paddy Cleaner: The paddy cleaner is designed for pre-cleaning and cleaning raw grains and seeds, grading by size, and removing large and small impurities, and dust with an aspirator system. The Cleaner can be adapted for use as a Silo Intake Separator with a Hopper at the stock outlet;

Paddy Destoner: remove stones from grins, utilizing bulk density;

Paddy Husker: we adopt unique technologies into the new paddy husker for superior performance;

Paddy Separator: It separates a mixture of paddy and brown rice into three distinct classes: paddy, paddy mixture of paddy and brown rice, and brown rice. To be sent to a husker, back to the paddy separator, and to a rice whitener, respectively;

Vertical Rice Whitener: The vertical rice polisher series of vertical friction rice whitening machines incorporates advanced technology of the world rice mill whitener at present for milling rice of all degrees of whiteness with the minimum break making it the ideal machine for modern rice mills;

Rice Polisher: improving the appearance of milled rice by removing remaining bran particles and by polishing the exterior of the milled kernel;

Rice Grader: The rice grader can sieve milled rice efficiently and accurately into several classes: head rice, large broken, medium broken, small broken, etc;

Color Sorter: sort bad, milky, Chalky, Paddy, and foreign materials out. The CCD signal while blanking is been tested. If it is found that there are unqualified rice or impurities in the materials, the ejector will blow the defective goods in the hopper;

Rice Blending Machine: mix head rice with a predetermined amount of broken, as required by the customer;

Rice Packaging Machine: rice weighing and bagging: preparing milled rice for transport to the customer;

1. This rice processing equipment can be used to process both long-grain rice and short-grain rice(round rice), suitable to produce both white rice and parboiled rice, with a high output rate, a low broken rate;

2. Both vertical-type rice whiteners and horizontal-type rice whiteners are available;

4. The pneumatic rice huskers with auto feeding and adjustment on rubber rollers, have higher automation and are easier to operate. 

5. Usually use a bag type of dust collector to collect in high efficiency the dust, impurities, husk, and bran during processing, bringing you a good working environment; The pulse dust collector is optional;
