Rice Length Grader In Rice Mill Plant Introduction

This model rice length grader machine also called length classification or broken-rice refined separating machine, is one of a rice grade refined selecting machine and rice processing machine, it is based on the rice length difference to classify different standard rice. Also, it is a professional machine to sort and grade the white rice, to separate the broken rice from the head rice. Meanwhile, the machine also can remove the barnyard millet and the grains of tiny round stones which are almost as wide as rice. The length grader is used in the last process of the rice processing plant. It can be used to grade other grains or cereals, too.

The rice length grader is of excellent suitability and high separation efficiency and has a stable separation effect for the convenient adjustment of the separation grooves when working. The working cylinders which are closed can be conveniently installed with air entrance equipment to absorb the dust outside.

This rice mill machine takes the principle that the whole rice and the broken rice have different lengths to separate the broken rice from the whole rice. So that to promise no broken rice in the whole rice. For this rice processing, a machine sieve tube can be easily replaced, and also its operation is simple, the sieve tubes have flexible combination styles, for the details also can be customized according to customers’ needs.

Note:

1. The amount of rice feed in the machine is less than ≤30%, and the bran powder in the rice is less than ≤0.015%

2. The length of the broken rice in the common rice length 2/3 or more than 2/3 will be regarded as the complete rice.
