What shipping methods do we offer?
To ensure the safe shipping of our goods, we package the machines within a wooden box, then loaded into a container. Generally, we use sea transportation for shipping.
What is the continuous operating time of the machine? How long can it operate without stopping, and when it has to be given a rest?
After carefully passing the many tests, we can assure you that our machine can operate continuously for more than 24 hours. The only thing you should do is lubricate the machine timely.
What is your lead and delivery time?
Usually, machines should be prepared well within 20-25 workdays when a deposit has been confirmed. Delivery time should depend on the customer’s demands for the delivery way.
What could I do if I meet some trouble with operations?
